Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
- ITI or equivalent technical qualification.
- Graduation in any stream.
Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary Range: ₹38,000 to ₹87,000

Job Responsibilities:
Production Engineer:
- Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet targets.
- Ensure smooth workflow by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain and ensure proper functioning of production machinery.
- Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Quality Engineer:
- Implement and oversee quality control systems to meet product specifications.
- Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to ensure high standards.
- Analyze and resolve quality issues during production.
- Develop quality reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Work collaboratively with production teams to drive continuous improvement.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of production planning and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
