Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements:
    • B.E/B.Tech in any discipline.
    • Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
    • ITI or equivalent technical qualification.
    • Graduation in any stream.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary Range: ₹38,000 to ₹87,000

Job Responsibilities:

Production Engineer:

  1. Plan and execute daily production schedules to meet targets.
  2. Ensure smooth workflow by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  3. Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  4. Maintain and ensure proper functioning of production machinery.
  5. Adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Quality Engineer:

  1. Implement and oversee quality control systems to meet product specifications.
  2. Conduct inspections, testing, and audits to ensure high standards.
  3. Analyze and resolve quality issues during production.
  4. Develop quality reports and maintain accurate documentation.
  5. Work collaboratively with production teams to drive continuous improvement.

Skills Required:

  • Knowledge of production planning and workflow optimization.
  • Familiarity with quality control methodologies and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
