    🎯 Job Summary
    A Mechanical Engineer at Bajaj Auto is responsible for design, production, quality control, maintenance, and continuous improvement of automotive components and manufacturing systems.

    🔧 Key Roles & Responsibilities
    1. Production & Manufacturing
    Supervise assembly line operations for motorcycles and three-wheelers
    Ensure smooth production flow and achieve daily/weekly targets
    Implement lean manufacturing and cost-reduction techniques
    2. Design & Development
    Assist in design and development of automotive components
    Work with CAD/CAM tools for product improvement
    Collaborate with R&D teams for new model development
    3. Quality Control
    Ensure product quality as per company standards
    Perform root cause analysis for defects
    Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
    4. Maintenance & Troubleshooting
    Maintain machinery, equipment, and tools
    Diagnose mechanical failures and reduce downtime
    Plan preventive maintenance schedules
    5. Process Improvement
    Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency
    Reduce wastage and improve productivity
    Apply Six Sigma / Kaizen methodologies
    6. Safety & Compliance
    Follow industrial safety standards and protocols
    Ensure compliance with environmental and regulatory norms

    🧠 Required Skills
    Strong knowledge of thermodynamics, mechanics, and manufacturing processes
    Experience with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA
    Understanding of automobile systems (engine, transmission, chassis)
    Problem-solving and analytical thinking
    Teamwork and communication skills

    🎓 Qualifications
    B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
    Freshers or experienced candidates (0–5 years preferred)
