Qualifications:

  • Educational Requirements:

    • Diploma or Degree in Engineering.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary Range: ₹15,000 to ₹98,000

Job Responsibilities:

Production Engineer:

  1. Supervise and manage production operations to meet daily targets.
  2. Optimize production processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Ensure equipment and machinery function at optimal capacity.
  4. Adhere to safety and environmental regulations.

Quality Engineer:

  1. Develop and maintain quality control standards for manufacturing.
  2. Conduct routine inspections and testing to meet international standards.
  3. Identify and rectify defects in products or processes.
  4. Collaborate with teams to ensure consistent product quality.

Maintenance Engineer:

  1. Oversee routine and preventive maintenance of machinery.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to minimize downtime.
  3. Ensure compliance with safety standards in maintenance activities.
  4. Maintain logs and records of maintenance schedules.

Site Engineer:

  1. Manage on-site operations, ensuring timely project execution.
  2. Coordinate with contractors and other teams for smooth workflows.
  3. Prepare reports on site activities and ensure resource efficiency.
  4. Monitor compliance with safety and operational guidelines.

Clerks:

  1. Perform administrative tasks such as documentation and record-keeping.
  2. Support team operations through accurate data management.
  3. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Skills Required:

  • Technical knowledge in respective domains (Production, Quality, Maintenance).
