Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) / Diploma Engineer Trainee (DET)
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience: Fresher (0–1 Year)
Location: Multiple Locations (All india)

Qualifications Required:

  1. Educational Background:
    • B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
    • Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering.
  2. Eligibility Criteria:
    • Fresh graduates or diploma holders.
    • Strong academic performance (preferred).

Salary and Benefits:

  • Monthly Salary: ₹20,000 to ₹45,000 (based on qualification and performance).

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Mechanical Engineer (GET/DET):

  1. Assist in the design and development of mechanical components.
  2. Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes.
  3. Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
  4. Provide technical support and resolve equipment-related issues.

Civil Engineer (GET/DET):

  1. Oversee and support construction activities.
  2. Prepare project reports, drawings, and estimates.
  3. Inspect project sites to monitor progress and adherence to design.
  4. Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.

Electrical Engineer (GET/DET):

  1. Assist in the installation and maintenance of electrical systems.
  2. Conduct regular checks to ensure electrical safety standards.
  3. Support troubleshooting of electrical machinery and circuits.
  4. Participate in project planning and execution.

Skills Required:

  • Basic understanding of respective engineering principles.
  • Proficiency in relevant software/tools (AutoCAD, MATLAB, etc., as applicable).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Teamwork and effective communication abilities.
