Job Summary
Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is seeking skilled and detail-oriented Draftsmen to join our highway project teams in Jaipur and Gujarat. The role involves creating technical drawings, plans, and layouts to support highway construction and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should have expertise in CAD tools and a strong understanding of civil engineering principles.

Key Responsibilities
Technical Drawing Preparation:

Develop detailed technical drawings and plans for highway projects using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).
Prepare layouts, sections, and profiles for road alignments, drainage systems, and other infrastructure components.
Collaboration with Engineering Teams:

Work closely with civil engineers, surveyors, and project managers to translate design concepts into technical drawings.
Update drawings based on design changes and project requirements.
Compliance and Standards:

Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, project specifications, and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all technical documentation.
Project Coordination:

Assist in coordinating with contractors and site teams for drawing clarifications and revisions.
Provide support in the preparation of as-built drawings and final documentation.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:

Maintain organized records of drawings, revisions, and related documents.
Ensure timely submission of drawings and updates as per project schedules.
Qualifications and Skills
Educational Requirements:
Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
Experience:
2–5 years of experience as a draftsman, preferably in highway or infrastructure projects.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar drafting software.
Strong understanding of highway design, road alignments, and civil engineering concepts.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Soft Skills:
