We are looking for a skilled Computer Operator to manage daily system operations, monitor hardware and software performance, and ensure smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain computer systems and related equipment.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Ensure data backup and security procedures are followed.
• Input, update, and retrieve data from the system as needed.
• Coordinate with IT support teams to resolve system issues.
• Maintain logs of system activities and generate reports.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company policies.
• Ensure compliance with IT security guidelines.
• Assist in software installations and system updates.
• Provide technical support to employees when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience as a computer operator or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems.
• Familiarity with MS Office, databases, and IT security protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and handle multitasking.
• Good communication skills in English (French/German is a plus).
