Job Description:
Mechanical Engineer
- Manage maintenance and improvement of production equipment and assembly lines.
- Design and optimize manufacturing processes and mechanical systems.
- Coordinate with the production team for efficiency and quality enhancement.
Electrical Engineer
- Maintain electrical systems, automation lines, robots, and control panels.
- Ensure smooth plant operations with minimum electrical downtime.
- Support new product installations and energy-saving initiatives.
Production Engineer
- Plan, schedule, and control manufacturing operations.
- Monitor production output, cycle times, and manpower utilization.
- Implement lean manufacturing and process improvement techniques.
Quality Engineer
- Inspect and monitor quality standards of components and assemblies.
- Perform root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams for quality assurance.
Maintenance Engineer
- Conduct preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and utilities.
- Maintain equipment history and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Eligibility:
- Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
- Experience: 0–15 years (Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply).
- Skills Required:
- Knowledge of automotive manufacturing systems.
- Hands-on experience with machines, robots, or automation lines preferred.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Salary Package:
💰 Annual CTC: ₹2.00 Lakh – ₹30.00 Lakh (based on experience and role)
