Job Description:

Mechanical Engineer

  • Handle maintenance of production machinery, conveyors, compressors, and hydraulic systems.
  • Plan preventive and breakdown maintenance to ensure zero downtime.
  • Support process improvement and equipment modification.

Electrical Engineer

  • Maintain electrical panels, control systems, PLCs, and motor drives.
  • Ensure power distribution reliability and energy optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain plant automation systems.

Civil Engineer

  • Manage infrastructure maintenance, construction of buildings, and site development.
  • Ensure structural stability and coordination with vendors and contractors.

Production / Quality Engineer

  • Supervise tyre manufacturing processes (mixing, curing, finishing).
  • Monitor process parameters, quality standards, and ensure defect-free production.
  • Work with R&D for process improvement.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Production Engineering.
  • Experience: 0–15 years (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply).
  • Skills:
    • Good technical knowledge of plant operations.
    • Team coordination and safety awareness.
    • Willingness to work in shifts.

Salary Package:

💰 Annual CTC: ₹2.00 Lakh – ₹30.00 Lakh (Based on qualification, skills, and experience)
