🎯 Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Assist in project planning and execution on construction/engineering sites
✔️ Monitor and ensure quality of work as per project specifications
✔️ Supervise teams and ensure safety compliance at sites
✔️ Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams
✔️ Prepare reports, documentation, and maintain records
✔️ Support commissioning, maintenance, or installation activities
✔️ Learn and implement project tools & ERP systems
✔️ Provide on-ground engineering support to senior professionals

📌 Eligibility Criteria:

📘 Education:

  • ITI / Diploma (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc.)
  • B.E./B.Tech in relevant disciplines
  • Any Graduate/Degree Holder with technical aptitude

🧑‍🎓 Experience:

  • Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
  • Preference for candidates with project/site exposure
