🔹 Job Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee daily production activities and ensure adherence to schedules
✅ Supervise and manage the production team for efficient operations
✅ Optimize production processes using techniques like Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen
✅ Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure minimal downtime and efficient equipment use
✅ Ensure quality control throughout the production process, adhering to ISO/ASME standards
✅ Monitor material usage, waste reduction, and cost control
✅ Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
✅ Prepare production reports and provide insights for continuous improvement

🔹 Requirements:

🎓 Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
💼 Freshers & Experienced Candidates (0-8 years)
🛠️ Understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment maintenance, CNC operations
📊 Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, and process optimization
🔧 Strong leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills
📑 Ability to handle documentation, production reports, and performance analysis
