🔹 Job Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee manufacturing processes and ensure smooth production flow
✅ Plan, coordinate, and supervise production activities
✅ Work with CNC machines, assembly lines, and automated systems
✅ Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and Kaizen techniques for process improvement
✅ Monitor production schedules, material planning, and workforce allocation
✅ Ensure quality control measures are followed as per ISO, ASME standards
✅ Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate maintenance activities
✅ Maintain safety standards and compliance with industrial regulations

🔹 Requirements:

🎓 Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering
💼 Freshers & Experienced Candidates (0-8 years)
🛠️ Knowledge of manufacturing processes, CNC operations, automation
📊 Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen (preferred)
🔧 Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
📝 Ability to prepare production reports and process documentation
