🧾 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

⚙️ Mechanical Engineer

  • Manage production lines and mechanical maintenance of machines and equipment.
  • Support process improvement and optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

⚡ Electrical Engineer

  • Maintain electrical panels, wiring, and automation systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues in machinery and plant systems.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections.

🏭 Production Engineer

  • Supervise manufacturing processes and assembly operations.
  • Maintain production schedules and ensure output targets.
  • Implement lean manufacturing and efficiency improvements.

🧰 Quality Control Engineer

  • Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure defect-free production.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and maintain quality documentation.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives.

🔩 Maintenance Engineer

  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
  • Minimize equipment downtime and optimize machine performance.

🖥️ Design / R&D Engineer

  • Work on product development, design, and prototyping.
  • Coordinate with production and quality teams for testing and validation.

🎓 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

🎯 Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering.
🎯 Experience: 0 – 20 Years (Freshers & Experienced candidates can apply)
🎯 Skills:
✅ Knowledge of manufacturing systems, electrical circuits, or product design.
✅ Safety and quality-oriented mindset.
✅ Good analytical and communication skills.

💰 SALARY PACKAGE & BENEFITS:

💵 Annual CTC: ₹2.00 Lakh – ₹32.00 Lakh (based on experience & position)
