🧾 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

⚙️ Mechanical Engineer

  • Oversee assembly lines, fabrication & mechanical maintenance of tractors and components.
  • Support process optimization & production improvement.
  • Maintain quality, safety, and operational excellence.

⚡ Electrical Engineer

  • Manage electrical panels, automation systems & PLC-based machinery.
  • Handle power systems, motor drives, and equipment reliability.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance and safety inspections.

🚗 Automobile Engineer

  • Engage in design, testing & validation of vehicle systems.
  • Collaborate with R&D on new model upgrades and product improvements.

🏭 Production Engineer

  • Supervise manufacturing lines for tractors, hydraulic assemblies & components.
  • Monitor production output and maintain daily records.

🧰 Quality Engineer

  • Ensure zero-defect manufacturing through process inspection & audits.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and handle product validation.

🔩 Maintenance Engineer

  • Execute preventive maintenance for plant machinery & utilities.
  • Reduce downtime and enhance plant efficiency.

🎓 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

🎯 Qualification: Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering.
🎯 Experience: 0 – 20 Years (Freshers & Experienced both can apply).
🎯 Skills:
✅ Knowledge of modern manufacturing systems.
✅ Focus on quality, safety & teamwork.
✅ Strong analytical & communication ability.

💰 SALARY PACKAGE & BENEFITS:

💵 Annual CTC: ₹1.80 Lakh – ₹30.00 Lakh (as per experience & designation)
