Qualifications:

    • ITI or equivalent technical qualification.
    • Graduation in any stream.

Salary and Benefits:

Job Responsibilities:

Production Engineer:

  1. Oversee and manage cement manufacturing processes to ensure smooth operations.
  2. Implement efficient production techniques to meet company targets.
  3. Monitor daily production activities and resolve operational issues.

Quality Engineer:

  1. Ensure raw materials and finished products meet quality standards.
  2. Conduct inspections, testing, and analysis of materials and products.
  3. Develop and implement quality control procedures.

Maintenance Engineer:

  1. Perform routine maintenance of machinery and equipment to avoid downtime.
  2. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
  3. Coordinate with other departments for maintenance scheduling.

Site Engineer:

  1. Supervise construction and operational activities at the plant site.
  2. Ensure safety standards are met on-site.
  3. Prepare site reports and maintain documentation.

Clerks:

  1. Handle administrative duties, including record-keeping and report preparation.
  2. Manage communication and documentation processes.
  3. Support departmental operations as needed.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of cement production processes (for technical roles).
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools (AutoCAD, SAP, etc., for engineers).
