Job Description:

Mechanical Engineer

  • Responsible for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of boilers, turbines, pumps, and piping systems.
  • Handle preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate with plant operations for smooth performance.
  • Ensure safety compliance and contribute to energy optimization.

Electrical Engineer

  • Manage installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems (HT/LT panels, transformers, switchyards).
  • Perform regular inspections, load testing, and system reliability checks.
  • Work on automation, control systems, and energy management.

Civil Engineer

  • Oversee construction, structural maintenance, and project site development within power plant premises.
  • Handle civil maintenance of cooling towers, chimneys, and foundations.
  • Coordinate with contractors, ensure safety, and maintain quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
  • Experience:
    • Freshers to 15+ years experienced professionals.
  • Skills:
    • Strong knowledge of thermal power plant operations.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
    • Team coordination and safety awareness.

Salary Package:

💰 Annual CTC: ₹1.80 Lakh to ₹36.00 Lakh (Based on qualification, experience, and location)
📈 Performance-based incentives and allowances included.
