Qualifications:
- Educational Requirements:
- B.E/B.Tech in any discipline.
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering.
- ITI or equivalent technical qualification.
- Graduation in any stream.
Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly Salary Range: ₹48,000 to ₹97,000

Job Responsibilities:
- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet output and quality targets.

- Quality Control: Ensure all products meet stringent quality standards by conducting regular inspections and tests.
- Equipment Maintenance Coordination: Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery operates at peak efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels to avoid production delays.
- Compliance: Ensure all production activities align with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance and logistics, to streamline operations.
